Unfortunately I was a very bad experience, we were there last week with a group for Umar. First, they didn’t accommodate us ( me and my husband) when we requested a queen or a king bed in the room, they gave us a room with separate beds. Next, room service was very bad, our room was only cleaned once during our one week visit. Then, no matter how much we called to ask for water or toilet paper they never send us any. Last, breakfast had a very poor selection of food, most of the time the omelet bar is not open or running very late. Plus it’s pretty far from the Haram and the shuttles are not the best. I don’t recommend it

I had a very good experience. Was scared in the beginning after reading some reviews. But honestly, it's a great hotel, room, and service. Breakfast was excellent worth for money. They have shuttle service to haram. Not far. 3 to 5 minutes walk from bus drop point to haram.

Well it’s a farce in the name of Five Star Hotel. Not a single standard of a five star has ever been met. The rooms are clumsy, restrooms below standard, room service pathetically non existent, staff snobbish & rude.. This hotel is least bothered for its reputation because is usually occupied by pilgrims who stay here out of compulsion as good hotel are fully booked. It’s my third night today not once house keeping staff visited to redo my room or change the toiletries. No one attend to your genuine requests & there is hardly any facilitation offered to pilgrims. It’s simply fleecing the pilgrims out of their compulsion. Pathetic stay indeed. Poor
