Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Al Khobar

Staying at Hawthorn Suites was not a wise deal. In the same price there are more hygiene options. We stayed in for two nights. What we found is as follows, the furniture was very old and most of the handles and drawers were broken, bathrooms were presenting the view of 10 years old bathrooms with some of the amenities were not working, amenities were only good enough for one traveler. The bedsheets and blankets lost their original color/whiteness, rooms had bad smell. One of the bathroom was filled with water due to AC leakage in fore-ceiling, which was fixed. Janitors were using mops had bad smell and same mops is repeatedly used for all washrooms, instead of using whippers. TV sets were not working. Even the reception area fore-ceiling had fainted paints due to AC drainage. The only Plus with the hotel was location and ample parking space.

Nice but need renovations and restaurant is not that good

The Furniture is very old, feels like ghost house, very old tv and it doesn't work anyway, dirty and dusty, I found a little spider inside the bed, I will never recommend this to anyone and i wish i have seen it before paying.

i wish they took more care of hygiene because this place was NASTY. Honestly i didn’t have high expectations hence the price. But to think they dont even wash the sheets? Totally unacceptable! We asked them twice to change the sheets but they ignored us. All they did was giving us a brown blanket that smelled dusty! At this point i wouldn’t even be surprised if the original color of the blanket was white but turned brown due to lack of washing lol. The place was huge and the location is fantastic i just wish they tended to the place better ?? What a waste of potential

5 stars experience, when we arrived we welcomed by a really nice receptionist named Rakan and he upgraded our room and he was very polite and welcoming. we stayed for about 3 nights. The hotel occupies a really strategic location by the sea and there’s so many services around it. The view is amazing love the decor and the cleanliness of the room and the quick service! We enjoyed every bit of this nice experience and it won’t be the last. Thank you for the members of this hotel they were all friendly and they made this experience a 5 star experience ❤️
