Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

Hotel was nice with canal view. Wish their rooms are sound proof because we can hear the music from the bar. Also. No couples allowed for sauna or jacuzzi ( separate for ladies and gents).

This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Very accommodating staff, the sauna and pool are great, multiple food options including an incredible buffet breakfast, and it’s right on the river walk. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s also close to the mall and an easy cab/uber ride from the airport.

Stayed here for about a week with a friend. Mr Alphonse the concierge made us feel welcome and was very helpful through out our stay. Very friendly staff generally. Good food in the breakfast buffet. The only reason why I haven't given a 5 star is because one of the receptionists (can't recall her name unfortunately) behaved rudely and didn't make us feel welcome on reaching the hotel after a long flight. She made us feel like we were staying at the hotel for free and didn't pay for our rooms. Also, the restaurants in the hotel are on apps like Eazydiner, but the restaurants refused to accept any bookings and discounts via Eazydiner. The reception may try to use tactics and be smart when it comes to giving you your room, please ensure you're well prepared for this alone.

They get the lowest score from me . I travel around the world and stay in a different hotel every week. I was not aware that my girlfriend can not join my room at 5 AM when she landed from abroad. The staff was incompetent with providing a solution and was only being rude thinking everyone should be aware of those rules. I’ve been in other hotels in Dubai and no one but them ever practiced that’s. The staff leader - Lea , advised me to leave so I did just that . At midnight I packed up all my stuff left my room at their hotel which I paid $300 for the night and got into a different hotel nearby for another $200 , which surprisingly didn’t care about that rule and let mt girlfriend come over my place. Up until now I was not offered any compensation or a refund . Zero mark from me and I hope people stay away from businesses where staff do not respect customers .

We had a birthday party for my wife’s 50 birthday. The venue was just perfect for our groups of 35 . The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. Everyone enjoyed the food and arrangements made by the team led by Sajesh
