The staff are very friendly and professional. Upon Arriving Mr. Ali helped me with my luggage and assisted me with the laundry. Ms. Noura and the team at the reception were very helpful and cooperative , smooth check in. I do recommend to have a cup of coffee from the hands of Mr. Kawsar while enjoying the nice scene .
