It was clean, beautiful and luxurious room . But the delaying was unacceptable. I wait more than an hour to only receive my luggage :( The Arabic coffee was great and deep thanks for Mr.Kawsar at Mandhr cafe

It was a great experience using the sauna,steam,jacuzzi..pool.. Ms.Hajar in the health club was ready to serve throughout with a warm smile.. I enjoyed my day in the spa..so relaxing…

Amazing hotel with good attitude staff . The most luxurious hotel in Jizan in my opinion. Definitely my to go hotel in Jizan . They have two swimming pools for men ( outdoor and indoor) and one swimming pool for female . The spa is nice . Restaurant has good food .

The place was absolutely great with amazing hospitality. We booked this place for a race tournament for KSA universities and the coach there, Hajar was a delight. She was helpful and gave us advises and tips to score a high place. Definitely recommend this hotel. Would stay again for coach Hajar ❤️❤️❤️
