Amazing experience for a short staycation. Female Fitness and Spa section is superb. my kids enjoyed the pool. dry towels are provided within the area. there are lots of washrooms and bathe closets to choose from which include basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash. we also enjoyed to stay at the Club Lounge with unlimited access to cold and hot beverages during working hours. the place is highly recommendable to families with kids.

Perfect for family stay. Restaurants are very cozy and elegant and spicial thanks to chef abdelsmad and mamdouh waiter . Food especially during iftar are very deliciousooo! I will recommend this place. I am coming back if given a chance.

Love this hotel. Second visit and the staff are very professional but friendly. Connection to the mall is great. Only minor knock is the gym is pretty basic but gets the job done. Room service food, Rooms and the view are excellent.

I was there for a business event, my first impression was so great because when I first arrived at the gate I saw one of the security members feeding a cat and he was so happy doing it, and this gave me a good impression of the hotel culture. The view and the interior design of the hotel were fascinating, although the conference room was a little cold, and the restaurant was too cold. The service from the staff was great. The restaurant food was great especially the shrimps, although I don't like eating shrimps a lot I can say the shrimps I ate there were the best I've ever had. After seeing all of this I am considering visiting the hotel again but this time for a night stay.

Amazing hotel and room service offerings were sumptuous, the suites are tastefully designed. New hotel in Khobar with amazing dining options and lots of activities in and around the hotel. It certainly is the best 5-star hotel in Khobar, super courteous staff and family friendly amenities!

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
