Had an enjoyable stay for a recent business trip. Even though the hotel is a bit on the older side, it is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious, culturally decorated and comfortable with every amenity available. The breakfast options are great and the local and international staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Furthermore, it is very nice to see Saudi nationals employed front-of-house; it shows the progression, investment and diversification of the country.

I find it in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. It won't replace my day to day coffee,but it's well worth splashing out of it if i fancy some caffeine based, self indulgence and luxury. Plus with the cool and relaxing place you can say every sip of coffee is worth trying for?? Special mention also to Mark who assisted me to select the best coffee that suite my taste, he is very professional in assisting and serving his customer and it seems he is a hard working guy. Kudos to you Sir Mark from Grandeur keep up the good work. Thank you also to Mr. Ahmed Sbehat. Great job guys?.. All I can say is come and visit this cozy place.

Hotel coffee ( LOUNGE ) is considered one of the best places where you can have your coffee with desert. I usually come to have a Turkish coffee. It is outstanding and tasteful. The atmosphere is excellent and the hospitality was amazing especially ( Mark at the coffee lounge ). Well trained and provided excellent service to the customer complying with their requests. It’s not the first time and it will not be the last . Try it yourself ?

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The photo was taken on the last day. Of course I'm a short haired man and I've spent all nights alone. I talked to the hotel at the time of check-out on the last day, and the hotel will explian to me an answer. But it's been over a month and there's no news. I don't understand why this kind of irresponsibility is seen in a modern, high-end hotel. Additionally, the room is for 2 people, but why is breakfast only available for 1 person?

The rooms are luxurious, very beautiful, big and the bathroom are fancy. The breakfast are included and delicious. They have to restaurants and both the foods are delicious too. The personnel are very gentle and generous. Have a dreaming pool. 5 star hotel

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
