One of the worst hotel experiences yet: 1. Had to request the staff to clean my room, which did not happen by 8 p.m. 2. I always book a hotel with a gym, the gym facility was a true disgrace. Not clean, broken equipment and the so called health club existed of a broken sauna used for storage and n jacuzzi that also did not work. 3. The room and the food was not worthy of a 4-star hotel, together with the cleanliness. Won’t be visiting this hotel anymore.

Beautiful hotel in Buraydah. Warm reception and cooperative staff. The buffet dinner is good with a variety of salads and sweets, but slightly deficient when you compare it with Buffet dinner of movenpick. Overall excellent place.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Booked 4 rooms with my friends and it was confirmed. When I checked in , I've been told they only have two rooms. Their solution to the problem was to cancel someone else's booking!!! The bed was very bad and uncomfortable, the shower was in very bad condition. I would not give it one star hotel ???
