Absolutely horrible hotel. The only good thing is the location of this hotel. The rooms are tiny and the elevators are a nightmare. They are size of a wooden box and always full. The internet keeps disconnecting and the speed can be compared to the old days. Kindly avoid it unless you don't have an option

Very unpleasant and sad experience in a hotel right opposite the Prophet's mosque. Dirty room with broken window, no towels or slippers was there to welcome. Even the phone in the room wasn't working throughout our 2 nights stay. At the time of my check out early morning, no staff was available throughout the hotel so I had to drag the luggage trolleys up and down and check out myself. I left a note at reception desk telling them that we have checked out. Just then a half sleepy receptionist came from some room. This was my worst hotel experience so far. Pilgrims and travellers are suggested to avoid it.

Room is very small, you can barely keep any luggage. Beds are okay but fly in the room which is annoying. We complaint to reception but nothing has been done about it. A lot of dead flies in the bathroom and the towel is dirty. It's not worth paying 500-600 SAR per night for this service. We don't recommend this hotel at all of you are coming from North America.

Do not book this hotel unless you are a dwarf. Barely enough room to walk in the room. I booked this hotel to stay last week through Agoda and ended up having to cancel and find alternative accommodation in Madinah. The staff aren't particularly helpful and will tell you all rooms are small. The location is brilliant as next to Haraam but the rooms in my opinion are not suitable unless you are a dwarf.
