Wifi is very bad and slow. They dont provide daily vanity kits and shavimg kits. Rooms are not sound proof so the road noise is very loud in room. No daily room cleaning, no towels replacement, no bed sheets replacement. When the hotel opened service was excellent but unfortunately now it is very bad and price is not worth the service.

Hotel that works for you if you're coming for a short visit in the old center of Riyadh, just make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Reasonable price

I would like to rate this hotel a 2.5 on 5 The hotel is in a business area and hence it is surrounded by the worst side of the city. If you walk down the lane you can find garbage thrown everywhere by the shops. It is fair to call the location a ghetto. The hotel on its own is decent but 90 USD a night for this might not be worth it. Also the restaurant in the hotel does not follow FNB standards as they cooked our french fries in the same oil as they probably fried some chicken in and we had the after taste. You can pay 20 USD higher and book a better location which has a higher tier hotel and better restaurants near by.
