FARAJ AL MADINA HOTEL

Please stay away from this hotel. All of the good reviews on here from fake accounts if not paid to do them. Where do I start. First of all it’s not close to haram and the shuttle service does not adhere to the timings of the schedule. It leaves early and they change the timing of the bus without notice leaving you to pay for a taxi which is 25 SAR one way to the haram. I’ve spent close to 100 SAR because of this issue and all they have to say is “sorry my apologies” The rooms have really bad insulation you can clearly hear what’s going on in your neighbouring rooms and also the lobby. It’s really hard to sleep. Bathrooms don’t have shower doors so be ready for a puddle of water after every shower you take. Breakfast is poor. I honestly rather have breakfast near the haram from the street food places or one of the restaurants after fajr and then return back to hotel. I think the only good thing about this hotel are the beds and pillows. This is my honest opinion. I’ve spent 4 days here just waiting to checkout. They’re are a couple of other hotels much closer than this one with similar prices so do your research before booking.

Very lame service , the receptionist were humble and tried to help but staff not that prompt and active , too far from prophet’s mosque and bus service only at prayer time and return immediately after prayers so we end up spending most of time for cabs , bus service wasn’t useful much. Breakfast not up to mark at all…. Rooms indeed were good but service was killing it all :(

Very friendly stuff , the rooms are perfect and have all you need , a big and comfortable bed , a nice breakfast and the time there's a coffee and dates for welcoming

Helpful staffs. Neat and clean room. No need to walk a lot to pray in Prophet's Mosque. Shuttle services are available before each prayer time. Feeling comfortable to stay here in Madina.

Faraj al Madinah provides best travel experience. Fragrance inside the corridors and entrance area is always refreshing. The shuttle service is very punctual and on time. Attitude and behaviour of supporting staff and bus drivers was especially commendable.
