I expected more because it was the fantasy chain, my first time in a hammock and I didn't like it, I stayed overnight in one of the suites. Super Luxury Suite, where the name says it all, but before I had taken a common one, I think the disappointment would be less, super weak air conditioning, the bed creaking more than mine at home, the erotic chair looking like a rocking chair, the tv they said it was 40` but it seems more than 20`, breakfast, I ordered a basket of cheese bread, it came simply hard, and for sure they just warmed up from another day without conditions, I don't even know if I'll want to go and see the other chains, because it is a Super Luxury Suite.

I do not recommend, tv does not start, sound does not start, very weak air conditioning, does not have easy access to WiFi or does not have it at all! We had an accident with the hydromassage, I called asking for a cleaning, the staff gave us the squeegee and the cloth for us to clean it was just water that had spilled from the bathtub in large quantities on the floor. Expected much more. The experience was bad.

Best value for money in BH... I highly recommend, one suite better than the other, not to mention the dishes and breakfast. Top!

Nice, clean and the staff is a spark of activity and flair.. I lost a star for two reasons: The electricity was cut off and they don't have a backup generator The second reason is that the Saudi and Egyptian secretariat at the reception are responsive, but we raise the phone and ask for something to be found at the door But there is a period for an employee to receive it, unfortunately, she does not work, and we talk to her about missing things, she says ok and does not send anything .. I hope to alert her because the reception is the front of the place

I had a very bad experience with the accommodation in the super luxury Suite and with the service of the same, small suite, poorly sanitized, disgusting bathtub that I cleaned myself before using it, air conditioning was not working, bluetooth of the stereo did not work, and Tv didn't turn on, receptionists were super rude in solving the problem, they left a box without battery and charger and batteries to try to turn on the TV, expensive value, several constraints, I was charged for something I didn't even use, super arrogant employee and didn't even want to at least try to solve it. Breakfast was served at 11 am, after several charges.
