Went to visit friends staying there after Umrah, nice complex, and on the way up to the reception there's an excellent barbers shop for the all important trim after Umrah. Nice pleasant building.

Location, location and location is what you pay for in this hotel; all other hotel essentials such as room furniture, lavatory, resturant services and prices; all need complete renovation and improvements to justify the rental price tag which is constantly increasing. I personally had excellent reservation, front desk service along with great masjid facility right in line with the grand Masjid.

Good place near kaabah easy for praying and umrah or hajj. Need to improve meal is like same food if you stay over 3 days and more. Inside have a lot retail if need to buy. Overall is good

I can give it 5 stars only for the location, it is directly connected to Al masjid Al haram in front of king Abdulaziz gate. But every thing else was pretty average and not for sure a five stars hotel. The rooms were outdated, the floor wasn’t clean enough and the ironic part is that I changed my room because the first one doesn’t have any mat on the floor, the second was ok but not perfect. The food was just ok but not even good, most of the juices weren’t fresh, there was mo even coffee in the restaurant. Quality of other food ingredients weren’t not that good quantity or even taste. The safwa tower itself contains a shopping mall inside it which is of very bad quality and it is very disturbing when you enter and get out of the hotel. The only good point is the distance to Al masjid and it is a good point for elders. But I recommend trying one of the neighboring hotels because it is definitely not a five stars hotel

Very good hotel to stay in at Mecca. Also the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Some of the hotel staff able to speak English fluently. It's very fortunate that this Hotel restaurant Menu is very diverse, so people from many countries able to choose what suit their taste. This hotel is very close to Masjid Al-Haram, but you could also pray at the masjid floor at the hotel in case you're kinda late or the path to the Masjid Al-Haram is already overcrowded. But unfortunately some of the hotel guests was smoking at the hotel, it's fortunate the hotel staff are quick and gave them warning.
