Awesome location! Very spacious and nice rooms with amazing view of the masjid n nabwi. Wifi works pretty good which is great . Although rooms can be better if they can renovate bathrooms and change the old furniture. Highly recommend this hotel for the elderly.

The hotel is too close to Haram. The rooms are antique and need an immediate upgrade. Bathroom plumpers need to be fixed and removed. Reception is ok but they have nothing to do with the poor facilities that were already placed years ago. Don't recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable stay.

No room service. No house keeping. Leaking toilet and sink. Rude staff at front desk. Looks like no one checks condition of hotels in Saudi Arabia. Hotels are allowed to claim whatever star they want to. The only good thing about this place is its location which is very close to Haram. If you want to stay here, make sure to buy your own towels, shampoo and soap from Bin Dawood store across the street.

When we arrived we were sent to the 14th floor which they were still building. There were no room numbers on the doors. Most of us suffered from bad allergies with dust and loud construction work. For new rooms the beds felt well used. The shower drain doesn't work adequately so the whole floor and basically everything in the bathroom gets wet and drains into a larger drain under the sink, making it very slippery for falls. I had shower slippers and still fell. The window doesn't close all the way so everything below can be heard. Don't expect breakfast. It is there but not worth it. Worst hotel I have stayed in near the masjid. Pay the extra money and do Move n Pick or somewhere better. You get what you pay for.

Its a nice place, close to haram specially ladies side. The rooms were spacious, prices are good as well. The only issue was the washrooms, not nicely maintained. Probably because of the reason that they plan to close this property by the end of the year.
