Very good hotel and amazing location, and the restaurant team are very nice and friendly, specially the Saudi girl she was speaking French with my family because they don't understand English and she was speaking Portuguese as well. Very cool to see people like this at my first time in Saudi. The only thing I didn't like is the Sound Isolation between the room is really bad that I can hear my neighbors walking, and woke up many times because of the alarm of my neighbors. But in total I loved the place

I am writing to share my feedback and concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. As a frequent worldwide business traveler, I often rely on the convenience of well-located hotels, and I chose your establishment for its proximity to my important customers, such as Nahdi and Panda, as well as the Red Sea Mall. However, I regret to inform you that my experience during this stay was far from satisfactory. Upon checking in, I was assigned a room facing the city, which unfortunately came with an unexpected and incredibly loud noise originating from the AC aggregates on the roof of the mall in front of my room. The noise was so disruptive that it caused the windows in my room to vibrate. Understanding that such issues can arise, I immediately contacted the front desk upon my arrival and inquired if I could be moved to a quieter room. To my disappointment, the response I received was that my request would be checked, and I would be contacted with a solution. I followed up on this matter three times during my stay, yet I never received any communication or resolution from the front desk. While I acknowledge that it was my choice to book the room initially, I believe that, as an experienced traveler, I have never encountered such an uninterested attitude in a 5-star hotel. I have stayed at numerous hotels around the world, and I understand that occasional issues may arise. However, the lack of communication and effort to address my concerns was highly disappointing. I would like to emphasize that I hold a positive view of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its hospitality industry. However, I believe there is still significant room for improvement in terms of service quality and responsiveness to the needs of business travelers from abroad. I hope that my feedback will be taken constructively, and that steps will be taken to enhance the guest experience at your hotel. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my future stays at your establishment will be more pleasant and hassle-free.

the rooms were very dirty, I had to change the first room because of that, then I was given a "better" room which was also dirty. sheets had lipstick and makeup on them, floors were full of stains, every corner in the room had dust all over!! A bug was stuck on the thermostat!!! I dont know how this hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel!

Rooms are a little small but very clean and luxurious. The location is great. I would definitely recommend it!
