Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a few days with my friends. The room was spacious, clean and had plenty of storage. I wanted to write a review on behalf of the stellar service I received Mohamed Reda (Egyptian server) was kind and attentive. He made excellent tea and was able to provide recommendations. Great experience and would love to return IA. Highly recommend coming to this hotel. Great ADA accommodations too!

Fantastic experience with the staff especially Mr Zofran at the concierge. He was extremely helpful and friendly since day 1 we arrived. Breakfast was brilliant, very good array of choices. Rooms are immaculate, facilities were great. Very convenient distance from Masjid Nabawi. Its 3 mins walk from gate which is closest to Rawdhah. Lots of food options around. Will definitely come again! Jzkk thank you to the amazing hotel staff!

The stay at this hotel was 10/10! From the moment we entered we were kindly greeted and all of our needs were served! My family is especially grateful to the attentive and professional worker named Zafran. He made the experience 10 times better! The location was also super close to the mosque!

Stayed for 3 nights and it’s been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Amazing service from front desk, concierge and entire cleaning staff. Overall 12/10 experience! Samaher at front reception was extremely polite and made the check in process extremely easy and comfortable; on top of everything she kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The cherry on top was her setting up a wake up call with a follow up and a coffee at midnight as I had Rawdha scheduled for 1AM. Mohammed Reyadh who was the room attendant was on point in terms of keeping the room clean and providing us with whatever we needed all the time! Again, great experience and will definitely be rebooking upon our return!

Our stay at the hotel was great the service the location and the rooms were brilliant. Above all the service we received from the staff was exceptional. From the moment we checked in Masum took great care of us especially my parents. He and Fokhrul also arranged all the transport and ensured we were taken care of. Zafran was also very helpful he managed to ensure we were pleased with our stay and made conversation. Even the cleaners that took care of our rooms on floor two took great care of us to ensure we had everything we needed. Masum Fokhrul and Zafran and all the other staff were helpful and had great manners and were approachable. This was our second stay and the service has somehow gotten better. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Madina Insha’allah.
