Donatello Hotel Jeddah

The experience was very nice a royal experience love the food and it was an amazing stay the property is near to the airport around 20-30 min drive from jeddah airport, the reception lobby is huge with lovely art and welcome flowers with kava and khajur and welcome drink, the rooms are spacious beautiful one of the best all the rooms are like suite with dinning and bed room they have neat and clean rooms with all the amenities a huge buffet restaurant, this hotel has sauna, swimming pool with crew lounge daily pick and drop every two hours to the mall they provide laundry service smart tv are installed in the rooms rooms service is available, the staff is polite and courteous especially the cleaning and housekeeping staff although it was a great experience stayonv here at Donatello Jeddah, if you are coming to jeddah you can also plan to stay wish you a nive stay.

I booked a room through Almosafer website on [May 21] for a stay on [June 15-17]. I paid and received a confirmation email, and I was excited to start planning my trip. After 3 days the hotel cancelled my reservation they said that it was a mistake and that there were no rooms available. I am very disappointed with the way that Donatello Hotel Jeddah handled this situation. I feel like we were treated unfairly, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is one of the most unprofessional services available, when they were given a negative review they asked and tried to change the review instead of improving on their failures and shortcomings. If you have a business with a problem don’t fix the customer fix the business.

Had to wait more than 10 minutes for check in and found out that booking charged me 100 riyal more! Room is nice it’s a quiet hotel everything looks clean .. HOWEVER, they have the worst internet signal at the 9th floor the internet is not working at all good thing I have my data and please be aware that their food is AWFUL and way to expensive. I bought a burger for 50 riyal and it literally cost them 10 riyal to make i’m very very unhappy with their food the quantity was little and the tastes was awful the kind of burger you’ll get from a 1 star hotel. I’m giving two star because the room is clean but it did not offer me the experience I wanted from such a hotel. Paid 670 for one night but I’d be better with a different hotel. It’s my first and last visit.

It was a great pleasure being a guest in Donatello hotel. It’s really very nice hotel. The service and staff were 5 stars, including the breakfast. A very big thank you to the reception team (Haneen, Waleed, Aqdar, Rawan, Bassam and Abdulla). Thank you very much Donatello ???
