Absolutely wonderful hotel. I went last summer, so this review has been a long time coming. The professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff deserves an award. I loved the daily greeting with sweets and apple tea; it feels like you're staying at a friend's home even though it is a hotel. It's also literally an Ottoman mansion so the decor is just gorgeous.

Dersaadet is such an unique hotel. The staff is so helpful and kind especially mister Ilhan and mister Murat. They make you feel at home. This place is a great choice if you choose to visit Istabul. The rooms are really cozy and clean. Also, the location is great. We highly recommend it and definitely coming back.

Loved our stay here. Staff were incredible and help us with multiple requests. Breakfast with a view was a perfect start to the day. Beds super comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay with personality, comfort and convenience.

We stayed here for 5 nights in October and had a fabulous time. Everything was great and we were satisfied for the value and quality. The comfort of the beds and pillows were fabulous and would rival that of super luxury hotels. The rooms were also quiet. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice in the rooftop lounge that had a spectacular view.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff was so genuine, helpful, kind and our room was beautiful and clean. The decor inside and out was very tasteful and elegant. We were welcomed on our first day with Turkish delights, tea, mint water! So many special touches made the stay very heartfelt and magical. We will never forget this experience!!
