Positives: - good breakfast - clean - smells good Negatives: - some accessories were broken - windows were very dirty - hot qnd cold water labels were reversed .. i got a hot water sting as a result? - shattaf water pressure was weak Overall: Good hotel but doesn't deserve four stars

Not fair value for money. Reception, although friendly, was hardly speaking English. Construction of new buildings is around the hotel and the noise on the rooms is continuous day and night. Breakfast is very basic, can be characterised as poor. Finally, the bar on the roof is interesting for a shisha and a drink.

We had a wonderful experience in this Hotel. Staffs were friendly especially the lady receptionist and the Manager who was very accommodating. The room was clean and they have all the necessary toiletries and vanity things needed. I enjoyed our room's jacuzzi as well. The breakfast was great and tasty. The pool ambiance was relaxing as well as the Rose Cafe's ambiance which was an outdoor resto. Everything here was so relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Crown Rose Hotel.

The rooms don’t have soundproof and ther are many Construction around the hotel. Even though the mangment of the hotel are aware of the noises around the won’t let u check out little bit later! I really don’t recommend it, because it’s really effected my trip in a negative way and it’s a waste of money .

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THEIR CAFE worst experience ever, and I have evidence. They totally refused refund as well. I order Chicken sandwich, chicken turned to be old and as hard as wood. I called to ask for refun, they refused and said they'll provide me with another order, so I ordered beef burger, and turned out old, rotten and tasted really bad. Ordered Ice Tea and as you can see in the picture, it's just lepton in cold water with Ice. I would skip ordering food from the hotel. They claim to be 4 stars hotel but the rooms are 2 stars. The receptionists are the best in here. Very respectful, professional, friendly and very accommodating.
