Crown Rose Hotel

Over rated, definitely shouldn’t be rated as 4 star hotel. Rooms even non-smoking ones reek because it’s carpeted and the hotel has a shisha lounge so the smell is caught in rooms carpet. Bathroom reek of bad plumping I couldn’t even take a shower during my stay I barely used the toilet. My nose started bleeding since next morning with the bad smelling carpet and cheap cleaning supplies. My 2nd night the fire alarm went off as I was in the elevator going up to my room on the 10th floor and elevator suddenly stopped with me inside and after a while it went down to the lobby and shut down. We were suppose to wait in the lobby without knowing for how long, so I called a friend to pick me up and I spent the night out, and I came next morning to pick my luggage and check out way sooner than expected. Upon check out I was asked to pay a Laundary bill which I didn’t order, and when my Uber arrived there was no concierge to assist with the luggage so I had to wait. Overall one of my worst experiences with hotels and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. The only good thing about it is the location.

Very bad ROOM AND A BAD MANAGEMENT specially that Egyptian Manager wearing glasses i went to this hotel and I did check it , once i went to the room I figured out that the bed is not good for me since i have a back problem! I called and I asked them for refund and i packed my stuff again and went down ! They said they are sorry and they will proceed with refund! I waited then one manager came he is wearing glasses started saying that “you used” the room ! I was like i went there only for 10 mins ! He said yes even 10 minutes for us means used and we cannot give you refund! I gave them the card again and i left to another hotel! I cannot believe these guys call themselves that they work in hospitality, they are not even close to it

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and quiet. I thank them very much for not turning on the music. I thank the Indian employee, Muhammad, in the outdoor restaurant department, for his style and good treatment.

What a horrible hotel we have booked 4 rooms for one month and we are planning to book for the next month also but not with this kind of hotel I have no idea how or who have gave them a four star rating. A single star is not worth giving them. No housekeeping no service and they are the worst at customer service. They won’t answer if you call reception and if you go down they will just give an excuse. Please if you want to take my advice don’t book at this hotel at all.

The Egyptian manager was very rude during check in. The room A/C did not work properly. We called many times and the receptionist kept saying maintenance will be coming. It’s been an hour and still no one has showed up.
