recalling the remarkable experience I had during my stay at Conrad. We received a warm welcome from Hassan Ali at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Ahmed, who helped us with our luggage, was exceptional in his service, making us feel pampered in every way possible. The manager for Hilton honours, Mohammad Ali, ensured that we were checked into the best room available. I must also give a special mention to the staff at the breakfast hall who served us with the most delicious food, making our mornings even more memorable. Conrad has truly become my home away from home, and I am grateful to the staff for giving us more than what we could ask for.

Great accommodation, steps from the Haram. The room quality is definitely a step up from neighbouring hotels. Bathroom was also great, specious and well designed. Would have had a fantastic view but unfortunately no one seems to clean the windows so it’s a bit difficult to see out - definitely something that needs attention to. Staff were great by and large, although check in was a bit chaotic and it was disappointing that despite asking and being advised of arrival time the room was not ready for more than an hour after our arrival. Room service had a good selection and food was tasty and came quickly. Would highly recommend

I want to highlight the excellent service of this hotel. The staff, specifically our housekeeper, Nisar, did a very great job with housekeeping. He was always prompt and always attended to us whenever we needed towels, blankets or any other necessities. Great service and definitely would recommend! Keep up the great work Conrad!!

Conrad Hotel Stay Review - December 2023 During my recent stay at Conrad Hotel, I encountered a mix of positive and negative experiences. Here’s an overview: Pros: • Exceptional Customer Service: The staff at Conrad Hotel were remarkable in their service. Their welcoming and smiling demeanor added a warm touch to our interactions. • Apologies and Responsiveness: I appreciated their readiness to apologize and address issues when necessary. • Accommodation for Additional Requests: The hotel showed flexibility in allowing for additional needs, which was a positive aspect of their service. • Premium Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, offering a premium selection. • Efficient In-Room Dining: The in-room dining service was not only fast but also provided delicious food with a variety of healthy choices. Cons: • Delayed Room Availability: The check-in process was notably prolonged. It took one and a half hours to access our first room and an additional hour for the second room, resulting in significant inconvenience. • Room Allocation Issues: Despite the promise of assigning both rooms on the same floor, they were unexpectedly placed seven floors apart. • Slow Checkout Process: During checkout, there was a noticeable delay in service, as it took an hour to have our luggage brought out to the reception. Overall Assessment: The Conrad Hotel stands out for its high costs, which sets an expectation for premium service. However, during my stay, there were several operational inefficiencies that did not align with the expected standard of service for the price paid. While the customer service was excellent in terms of attitude and responsiveness, the logistical aspects such as room readiness and checkout efficiency fell short of expectations.

Amazing hotel. Very close to the haram. Could see the king fahd gate from the window so it was a brilliant view. Breakfast had a large range, for lunchtime there were sandwiches so we used to eat out as it was not filling. dinners were good as they had biryani, hummus, vegetables, desserts. The room was very very clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and big. Large wardrobe space which can fit in suitcases. Food places in the same tower. Staff Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again
