Has nothing to do with the star rating nor ambience! No bath towels, footwear…. Toilet is so congested, wonder which Architect has his brains & who approved the design !!

Staff were very friendly & helpful but this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in Riyadh. Cockroaches are crawling everywhere, day and night you see them. No towels, no clothes iron. The company I work for booked me in this hotel for 1 week but I checked out on my 3rd day. I just couldn’t stay there any longer. I really feel sorry for the staff though because they were really nice and polite.

Very bad and disappointing. The average rating shouldn't be more than 2 stars at all. There are cockroaches in the rooms. No tissues, no toilet rolls, no towels. The next morning they gave an Ihram sheet as a towel!!! and they charge 300 per night! Not worth at all. I booked it for a friend who came from UAE and it was truly embarrassing to get this kind of issues. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable bed. nice reception. Except they lacked towel when i needed it. Also the aircon is leaking with water inside the room. Water heater isn’t working. Only panda store nearby around 100 meters. Place is kinda isolated
