The hotel seems new with clean rooms. The location is generally good but hard to get to during the rush hour as it is located on a busy highway. The parking was always available , and it is free. I had one issue with the management as I purchased a breakfast buffet for 2 persons for the second day of my stay but could not get the breakfast as I had a late night out and missed the time of the buffet. I called the management the third day and asked if I can get the breakfast the day after and they refused. They referred me to the restaurant manager, which he said he can’t do anything about it since I was supposed the eat the day before only ! It was not like they delivered something to my room, it was just an access to the buffet which I payed for and couldn’t get. I feel some flexibility in applying the rules should be used in these cases.

Enjoyed my stay while staying in Jeddah. My room was not facing the main road, so it was quite quiet. Can’t really say if I was facing the main road though. Hotel has great parking availability and many fast food restaurants within 5-10min walking distance. Breakfast is quite decent, just preferred if they change it up a bit, but quite the selections so can’t complain. Wished they had scrambled egg as one of the buffet option, just so we don’t have to “queue” for the cook to make eggs to our liking. The roof top was quite nice, but the swimming pool is really cold. I guess when it’s summer, it will be nice, but during the winter time it’s really freezing.

Room was nice and clean. Staff members welcoming and helpful. Location doesn’t have a lot around in walking distance, but is safe and easy to get transportation. The breakfast had great variety and flavors. Fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, and a wide range of hot and cold offerings. Overall, good experience!

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of choices. Obviously no bacon, but other equivalents. The pool on the rooftop is great, but closing at 7/8pm. It would be nice to be able to use it till late as that is the only time you can really stay outside. The heat is just too much for Europeans. The only downside of the hotel I will say is the busy road Infront. It is a bit noisy and if your room is on the back is ok as long there is no construction site banging nails from 6am. Nevertheless good hotel. Probably will be staying again!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the pleasant stay I had at your hotel over the past few days. It was one of the best times I've ever had in a hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I especially want to thank Naeem from house keeping for his excellent service. He always made sure my room was clean and tidy, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. He is one of the best hotel employees I've ever met. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to my friends and family. Thank you again for everything!
