Check in takes a lot of time as the receptionist cannot agree on the oyo discounted prices I receive. Twice I had this issue, first time oyo fares were 125 and second time 95 riyals. The receptionist keeps asking how I get this offer and informs that if I tell no rooms are available, what will you do? Such mentality is not at all acceptable. Oyo provides me the discount, its not the hotel. Make them aware of this matter. Also, this sort of speaking to clients is not at all acceptable. Secondly, the breakfast here is pathetic. Paying 25 per head for some bread and boiled egg. There are supermarkets nearby and you can get more than this with 25 riyal. The stay was ok

Seems like a great hotel, however, i was placed in a floor with ongoing renovation and the wall and ceiling of the room was cracked, not cleaned walls with discoloration everywhere.
