The welcoming staff and going out of the way to help and serve. The follow-up manager about my stay. I liked the international service with Saudi style, Boulder is my 3rd visit and my home in Taif.

Beyond subpar for a place that charges almost 100$ per night. Pros : -sheets are clean -Reception staff extremely friendly and nice -Great location Cons: -spring mattress that bends easily -Breakfast was the same for 2 weeks poor options and bland. - Bathroom smelled like the sewer (2 different rooms) - very week shower pressure -old dusty carpets - only 2 power outlets and they are hooked up to the bed lamps -Rooms have little to no noise isolation from the outside (light sleepers don’t even consider)

It was wonderful experience i just went for a business trip to Taif and everything were excellent… specially the reception ladies they were talking with a smile and do the needful help when needed I don’t know their names but i need to thank them…
