I checked in this morning for a 3 bedroom apartment. The two front receptionist assured me they will serve my two non Muslim technicians breakfast in the morning. Only to find out the next day that no breakfast will be served in room due to Ramadan. Although I made it clear to them how important breakfast is to be served in the morning because my team will go to the site and do some work and everything will be closed in the morning. During checkout I spoke to the front desk how upset I was. They only apologized. How does that help me? They should have offered some sort of gesture due to the mistake that took place. Bad customer service. I am extremely upset.
