The following is intended as a feed back: Location: during the Riyadh festival season is terrible. Hotel should let prospective guests know in advance due to hotel parking unavailability and road closures and that apparently the season lasts for 3 months. Every night we faced difficulties getting to the hotel and finding parking where we had to park far and walk to the hotel. Location next to tye mall is good. Services: over all is good. Restaurant staff are excellent and pleasant; chef Magdy greets you with a million dollars smile. He made us very comfortable and welcomed. Young Mohammad (with a Yemeni accent) was very pleasant. We enjoyed their interaction with us. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Room: okay, but should provide more water bath towels and soap. Tiny refrigerator stocked with hotel items makes it hard for tenants to place some water or other small needs.

Over all lobby and restaurants are excellent but room specially two bedroom suite needs renovation to become as new as lobby is.

A very family friendly Apartment Hotel. Nice ambience, good location. Great staff, courteous and helpfulespecially at Reception Mr. Abulhakim and Ms. Hadel deserve special mention. This hotel mainly hosts local and Arab families. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and have all amenities. WiFi, free parking, porters, room services, restaurant etc. However restaurant needs to brush up. They served exactly the same breakfast both days. No choice for vegetarians.

I spend 10 days here I wanted to say this hotel is perfect he deserves one stars more than he have now I wanted to say a special thanks for the receptionist Abdelaziz he’s very professional and nice Also a big thanks to the sun of this hotel Magdy the chef the buffet was amazing because of him He’s nice with everyone I was happy to see him every day ? god bless everyone in this hotel I will be back !!!

Kitchen and washrooms are nice and clean. Bed sheets are nice. Rooms need little upgradation especially the curtains and carpets
