Mattress is old and needs replacement! can barely walk!!! Food service is mediocre. Pick up drop off from the middle of the street, if you have luggage, good luck Tv does not have Free to Air entertainment channels. Mainly News Channels

TOO EXPENSIVE and TOO NOISY. The room size has no value at all because of other things. I could not sleep or take a rest in the room because of NOISE of A/C ventilators just below of the window outside. NOISE causes headache badly. The critical noise feels like vibration in my head. I never have experienced the noisy room like this hotel before. At least, the hotel should have moved the bed to inside not putting just beside of window. I just lied on the couch all night long after paying 515 rial for one night. Also why could I smell of tobacco in the non-smoking room? If people smoke in the room and the staffs figure out, they should keep the customers from smoking asap or the hotel don't say that they are non-smoking. The smell of toilet is so bad like very old one and the size is very small. I can not put any personal stuffs there. How come the hotel cost is too high like this? If I pay for 250 rial, I might be quiet but I paid 515 rial for night and it is too pricy. This hotel should be renovated for sure.

Room: The A/C is above the bed directly to the head of the person. During sleeping, which cause sickness and headache and same thing above the couch Service: they are kicking out the people after 12 noon while some of them came later afternoon, which is not yet 24 hours in the hotel. They said its the policy of all hotels while in fact its not true because I stayed in many hotels they didn't tell me this

I have been in Boudl Olaya for nearly a month and it felt like I was at home. The rooms are clean, spacious depending on your option, and cozy. But the star of Boudl Olaya are the service staff, they are what made Boudl Special. Ahmad is very hospitable and helpful, my mother had an injury and he was quick to apply first aid and assure us. Faisal is a very cooperative person, he goes the extra mile in serving customers with hospitality. Lolou is a respectful person that greeted us and helped us and was very cooperative in helping us in different topics. Mona had very warm and welcome interactions with my mother and always greeted her with friendliness, she was respectful and went the extra mile. Monawar always greets guests with a smile, he is very happy to serve guests in any way he can and the extra mile. He smiles and provides guests with coffee. Overall, everyone there is friendly and take part in making Boudl Olaya feel more like a home rather than a hotel.
