Nice place to stay if you want something more than just a hotel room. It actually suits/apartments. From 1 bedroom up to 3 bedrooms. Each unit has a living room and a small kitchen. The living room space is nice. The location is great if you want to be near the airport and the train station. There is a Starbucks literally nearby. On the same street you can find all that you would need (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc).

I booked a room on Friday morning 16th of June. I was given a dirty room and the front desk couldn't even know how to make a card for the room so he had to wait for the room service guy to do it for him. The front desk guy (Al shammeri) was extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive. I will never ever book in this hotel. And I highly recommend to do not book either. It was such a horrible experience.

Terrible experience unfortunately. Big room, but all windows open to a shaft with pigeons making sounds all the tike day and night. Wifi does not work, so if you're going on business that's the worst thing. Kept going to Starbucks nearby to get internet access. Terrible hospitality, no one told me anything like if they have a restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym. Nothing. They even told me the wrong room number and didn't right it down on the card. Even when I left, no one asked how was the stay? The drainage of the shower clogged only 3 minutes after use. I took a video but can't seem to be able to attach it. There is nothing near accept starbucks, while there are some places on the other side of the road, you can not cross by foot. So if you don't have a car you're stuck with starbucks.
