the hotel is very neat, the food is good and has a big variety, the staff is friendly and easy to work with, the rooms are spacious. the only complaints i have is that the pillows aren't comfortable and the swimming pool is mens and children only, which was a major disappointment. there should be a female and kids only swimming pool, either outside and closed off or an indoor swimming pool for women to enjoy their time. the cafe should be changed from starbucks to any other cafe so even the people who dont buy from starbucks are able to enjoy coffee or sweets. overall the stay at the hotel was comfortable

Very pleasant stay, beautiful sea view, rooms are very clean, helpful and professional staff, fast service. We had lunch and it was delicious. Overall great service. Thank you.

Restaurant staff are amazing! thank you Mahmoud for your professionalism and friendliness. Dinner buffet is varied and the dessert collection was great. The room was cosy (#505), the bed mattress is comfortable, and toilet interior is pleasant. Definitely will visit the hotel again.

The hotel very clean, the room was quiet and big, the smell was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the price very affordable. The staff very nice as usual with Saudi people! especially Hashim Haddadi from front office, If I visit again this area, for sure I’ll go again to bay la sun.

The hotel is very clean, the room was quite big, the smell was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the price very affordable. The staff very nice as usual with Saudi people! I recommend you to eat at steakhouse restaurant and take a wegyu beef steak! If I visit again this area, for sure I’ll go again to bay la sun.
