Worst service I’ve ever seen, unprofessional staff, they have no clue what is hospitality standers! As for me the worst 2 things was the dust comes from the AC vents even when it was off and there is no windows in the rooms so it doesn’t come from outside, second was the bedsheets, linens, towels and covers all like 10 years old at least! Nit clean, all teared up and smells.

Great hotel! Location is very central and they have huge parking in the basement. They also have parking slots outside the building. Receptionists was very friendly. When I checked-in, the Saudi lady was very welcoming. And when I checked-out, she told me to ‘come back again’. The room was spacious. Internet was fast. Toiletries were complete! And cup cover even had a company logo in it. The bed was very soft! The pillows were so soft I wanted to take them home. And the need sheets smelled really good. I didn’t try breakfast so I cannot comment on it. I like the welcome drinks with dates! And the flowers in the lobby were beautiful! This should be a 5-star hotel. Great!

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Riyadh. The staff were super helpful and the room was very comfortable with a very nice view. Special thanks to the front desk clerk Muhammad Saud who was very kind and cooperative.

I had a breakfast with my friends there. It was an open buffet. The food was very good and delicious. It was an intercontinental breakfast with various choices. The service was excellent. The food and beverage manager Mr. Said was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

We were there today for breakfast buffet and loved everything. From service to food. Me Saeed the manager was very courteous. 10/10 and we will go again They have a deal on breakfast buffet on cobone app
