from check in, a good welcome. very clean hotel, good service from staff. walking distance from the mosque. highly recommended for everyone.

All are good.. but room service is worst. Requested to refill sugar for multiple times over phone and and directly went to reception, but no service received. Same case for water. We bought water from outside at midnight.

Neat and clean. Good wifi speed even inside room. 10 minutes walk to haram. Highly recommended

What is this !🫤 i payed so much money for this hotel but what I got was not worth it at all. There was hair on the beds and the buffet was very bad. The staff and hotel workers were very very rude and I’m never coming back here. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Stayed here for 8 days and husband and I loved it so much! Our room had the best view ever, it’s Jabal Uhud view. The entire place vibe is modern and minimalist. Also very clean room and bathroom. Hospitality from all of the staffs are awesome. The hotel is just 15 mins away from Haram. Looking forward to stay here again on our next visit in Medina 😊
