The hotel is bad, the furniture is old and dirty, the bathrooms do not have keys, the reception is very bad, I asked for mattresses and they refused, and it happened that there was someone who was going to rent and entered into our discussion, and when he saw that someone was going to rent, he gave me mattresses and pillows. Its star, I hope they close the place or take care of it. The place is very dusty

It is very bad and there is no cleanliness. The furniture is old. The building is old. The bathroom. The heater hits electricity. I refuse to visit it.

Very bad hotel. The staff were being rude to my parent. And also there were no towels and no toilet paper i recommend anyone who wants to come here in taif to find another and better hotel. I hope this reaches them.

an honest 3 star hotel. It was good for a person who doesn't really get bothered by cockroaches or dirty bathrooms, but im not that kind of a person. I hate cockroaches and seeing one on the toilet seat made me never want to use the toilets again.
