The worst hotel i've ever stayed in .. at first very bad atituded stuff (mohamed nour is the worst there) ,very crowded hotel , then a very bad smelled room with too many beds untypical to the one we booked with very very small bathroom .. dirty sheets with insects and bad pillows.. so y'll not get a good stay nor a good sleep nor a good service . Buses are very old and only available on prayer times .. Plus refusing giving us two cards for the room although one is used for electricity .. Not recommended at all

Clean rooms but never came to change the sheets unless specifically requested..and even then asked for 'bakhshish'. No food or restaurant at hotel...outside catering was not nice at all...15 to 20 min walk from haram...
