Very bad experience for me and my family and relatives very poor room service. And mainly my luggages got stolen from the hotel reception by the receptionist and his colleagues.i called the police and manager was very poor at communicating and unprofessional very unhelpful and the worker sacked after i returned back but i did not receive our belonging with valuable items in it.. My 1year old daughter was very sick yet they did not consider we were very upset and angry how can this all take place in a holy city of madina. Please be very vigilant.

First positive aspect is that location is very good just in front of gate 2. Secondly breakfast is available from 7 to 10 am. You can see even masjid from window. Thirdly too many baqala, and pharmacy is available every time. The bad thing was reception guy was not very much welcoming his name was Abdul rehman and he was rude person. Overall experience was good. I paid 200sr per night.

Receptionist are not polite. Rooms are small. I was having problem with my room because of the strong smell of food, the receptionist did not help me at all , then contacted the manager his name Yehia he was a nice guy and changed my room. But the hotel is so close to haram .

New building in the grid of central Medina area, near to haram shareef, prices can be negotiable convenient for worship and fajr prayers
