One of the self proclaimed 5 star hotel in Madinah. It is also the smallest hotel amongst others in the same vicinity. It took some hours to settle and use to the weird lighting of the hotel. Check-in was fast. We booked 2 triple rooms and they gave interconnected rooms and it was fortunate for us because the room size is very small for triple if we would have got separate rooms It would be difficult to manage. Breakfast was not upto the par of 5 star and they manage it on a small space which is due to the size of the hotel. The bakery has the baddest pastries and croissant we ever had, on complaining they did sent fruit basket but quality didn't improved much. House keeping is okay. It is usual in Madinah that people checkout after zuhur prayer like 2-230pm and it is usual practice that hotel staff calls you in the morning about check out which they didn't there was a mistake from our side that we also didn't inform either about check out at 2-230. Around 215 we received a call from reception about check out and told him that we are checking out in 15 mins and he was okay. When I reached at the reception at around 235 the front staff Mr. Abdullah(self proclaimed hotel manager) told us to pay SAR 100 each for late check out upon asking about the policy he informed about the paper I signed when checked in. I asked him to show the paper which only had the check out time and nothing was written about late charging policy or anything. He clearly lied about it and about calling and visiting the room at 11am, also he was very rude and shouting on which I asked him to correct his voice and offered SAR 100 for both rooms after some arguments and talking he didn't charge anything but the rude behaviour is totally unacceptable.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I stepped onto the hotel room, it smelt of smoke, and you could tell the cleaners tried to cover it up with light spray. The smoke left over smells on all of the beds including pillows, even though there’s a sign on every door that has a no smoking sign. I have a family of 6, and we wanted enough for each, but instead 1 of the room has 3 beds, and the other has 2. Dust is left everywhere and there are prints of fingerprints and white stuff everywhere. Even worst than this, somethings you can’t even eat breakfast due to the amount of people and how sqaushed it is. The WiFi barely does anything even though in every room it says ‘enjoy free high speed internet.’ The only thing they actually care about is the look of the elevators, but they’re also really bad due to the smallness and how much people enter, with only 5 lifts available. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and the money was not worth any of it AT ALL.
