Third floor, Apartment 308, the cleanliness is bad and cockroaches are dead. The whole place is dust. The door locks are broken. The bathrooms smell very bad. The air conditioners are not cold. The bedrooms have not been cleaned forever. You can't complete an hour in this dirt and their prices are high, but when you book and you come, the price difference is clear

The prices are reasonable, the water is salty again, as if it were sea water! Install the Moya filter for 150 riyals and do not leave it like that! Some bathroom pieces are bumpy

Bad air conditioning, bad rooms, but the reception, which made it look nice, and the doors are all broken locks. We need tissues to close them, and the air conditioners are a little cold. I would never advise anyone (and their prices are very low)
