The hotel features well-maintained and cozy rooms. The standout aspect of the establishment is its exceptional restaurant service and delectable food. The restaurant offers a meticulously organized and extensive selection of dishes in both the breakfast and lunch buffets. The staff is remarkably pleasant, with a special mention for the restaurant manager who personally attends to each table to inquire about any needs. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable.

Very very noisy hotel. Room is very big and bigger tgan the usual room in Jeddah. The staff are friendly specially the reciption and resturant. BUT, the hotel is very very nosiy. They are cleaning starting from 11:00 Pm. we calim to the managrment but no response. They do not care about customer experience. Also the pool is always under maintenance. it is very strange. the management needs to take actions

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all facilities. Service is ideal since they are always on time and friendly. They are located at the heart of Al Hamra district near to everything in Jeddah, especially the cournich. I really enjoy my time there.

Waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes (and still counting) for the room to be ready!! This is after 5:00 pm.. staff are trying but not very helpful results! So far so bad! Update: staff tried their best on compensating what happened, kinda of working! Still they need to do more on rooms cleanness!

Hotel is great and well maintained. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast selection is very good. However, the location is not that convenient as it is far away from most sights in Jeddah. But if you want a quiet and comfortable hotel and don't mind driving to the sights, then this is your hotel.

Address Alhamra Hotel is a 4 star hotel in Jeddah. It’s 10 km from King Fahd's Fountain. Hotel is located near many tourist attractions. Nahdi pharmacy, TGI Fridays, I'M Hungry, and other Restaurants, Bin Dawood Market, Starbucks Cafes Are almost 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minifridges, and tea and coffee making facilities. The 1-bedroom suites add living rooms. Room service is offered 24/7. Buffet food is nice. Other amenities include swimming pool, male- female mosque etc.
