This hotel is very good. The service was amazing and I was happy with the way we were invited from the people at the desk. I would recommend people Visiting Jeddah to come to this hotel. They workers were always smiling and the swimming pool is cool. 😍

the location is good, not far the reach to the beach, old town, and surround by a lot of hotel and restaurants. the staffs are friendly. the rooms is fare but can't say super good. the internet in room are poor, same as i experience in other hotel in Saudi.

The highlight of the hotel is the exceptional gym. The equipment is almost complete and in very good condition. It could be improved by providing water and towels. The breakfast was praised, but it is a matter of taste. The sereal/müsli options are not good. Service at the restaurant is great and staff, in particular Ferdinand are very attentive. Room service can be improved. During my weeks stay the room was only serviced 4 times, hence a 50% rate. The wifi is free, but unreliable and slow.

Service was amazing, at breakfast guellermo even asked if my pillows were comfortable enough! Everything great so far ! Best service in a long time in a hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while some aspects were promising, my overall experience left much to be desired. The rooms were decent, and the location was acceptable. However, the highlights of the gym and pool were overshadowed by the terrible service. The gym lacked basic amenities like water, and its inaccessible door required constant assistance, which was inconvenient. At the pool, there were no towels, lounge chairs, or umbrellas, making it challenging to enjoy the rooftop. Sadly, most employees displayed laziness and complacency. This hotel has potential but urgently needs better service and employee training to live up to its promise. Also, the breakfast options were great but the hours were not ideal.

Address Alhamra Hotel is a 4 star hotel in Jeddah. It’s 10 km from King Fahd's Fountain. Hotel is located near many tourist attractions. Nahdi pharmacy, TGI Fridays, I'M Hungry, and other Restaurants, Bin Dawood Market, Starbucks Cafes Are almost 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minifridges, and tea and coffee making facilities. The 1-bedroom suites add living rooms. Room service is offered 24/7. Buffet food is nice. Other amenities include swimming pool, male- female mosque etc.
