Chocolate Lounge est l'un des endroits les plus étonnants pour le café et les desserts à La Mecque. Il est situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Sheraton près d'Al Masjid Al Haram. C'est un très bon café qui est calme et beau. Le café a des chaises et des sièges confortables avec de superbes décorations. Les couleurs sont reposantes et l'ambiance est très conviviale et lumineuse. Sa tranquillité vous transporte dans un second monde.

Ils ont des gâteaux au fromage, des gâteaux aux carottes, des gâteaux au miel et plus encore. De plus, ils ont des boissons chaudes et froides comme du café au lait, du café, du chocolat froid et bien d'autres boissons. Il est situé dans l'hôtel Sheraton au rez-de-chaussée, Jabal Al Kaaba, à proximité de l'hôtel Shaza à La Mecque.

My room furniture was old and needs to be upgraded. I requested room with one king or queen bed, I was given a room with 3 beds. For two people, just my wife and I. There was construction work around the area so it was a bet of a hassle getting to the Haram. No shuttles buses for the hotel. The cafeteria is better than the restaurant.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and the service was great. Great staff, esp the housekeeping guys Mohamed Farhad and his colleague were on point 10/10 and great welcoming smile on at all time. Keep up the good work guys.

The hotel is situated close the new area of Masjid Al Haram and a new gate is being planned which lies just outside the hotel (it was still being constructed when I visited) . The rooms are small but have everything you’d need during your stay. Location is very good. Since it’s part of Marriott the services are good as well. But food options are limited. Overall pleasing stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and my experience was very pleasant. With its proximity to the Haram, the walk to and from was 10 minutes at most. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Two people that I must mention are Abir Islam & Didar Hosain. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. As long as you have great people like Abir & Didar on your staff, your guests will not have any complaints.

Stayed in an apartment here for a good price. It had an amazing view and very good service. The food that came tasted good however some was cold by the time it arrived. Staff were helpful and the hotel included a bridge going to haram. Overall it was a great experience.
