Wanted to get away for a couple of days and treat myself, but it didn’t work. It felt like a 2 star hotel or even a motel, not clean, the food is horrible and the bedding smelled bad and the towels were dirty. Not to mention the breakfast was so bad and not worth a penny. They are understaffed. Also you can hear everything next door. Definitely the worst experience ever. My advice RUN and save your money for another place.

The Egyptian on duty, after 12, is disgraced, uncooperative, and disrespectful to customers. I expect his name to be Abdel Samad or Abdel Rahman. He refuses to mention his name and jokes on the phone. I advise everyone not to rent apartments that are disrespectful, unclean, and uncooperative with customers. X
