Rooms are clean, reception staff is professional and the place is peaceful and very much affordable with all the amenities required for a working professional.

i stayed 3 nights there. Manager is too slow, he took 20 min for check in , even i have paid booking. no accessories in washroom, door lock was broken. no oven in the room, kettle was too dirty

One of the best and cleanest furnished hotel units in Jeddah. It is characterized by cleanliness and the availability of all the facilities that the guest needs. It is also characterized by its location near the Al-Bawadi market, the future and Al-Raya markets, and a group of restaurants and other services. What distinguishes the hotel is the presence of a group of reception staff with a high degree of professionalism and high-end dealing, especially Mr. Abdulaziz. But there is a note on the parking spaces of the hotel, which is the lack of parking spaces, in addition to a remarkable water leakage. Also, the hotel furniture is piled up in large quantities. I hope the hotel officials will take care of that.
