Very bad experience. Old, dirty, crowded and the food is not good. I had better food in hospitals.

I would hate this hotel so much first of all,There are cracks in the wall too many cracks,Second the bathroom needs cleaning like a lot of cleaning,Third nothing works literally nothing,the service is so bad and annoying and too rude,plus they are scammers so I will explain I asked for two rooms but instead I got 1 room,I have l 6 kids and 3 adults and all we got was 1 room with only 5 beds and the worst of all the bed bug they are everywhere even on the bed and when I was going back to my country my bag was full of those bed bugs i wish I never chose this hotel please never come here ever in your life

Its Far from haram...but due to shettel service of buses. Some how it can b manage... But its little far from haram. Room service is very bad. In 5 days no one came to clean the rooms...and overall hotel is crowded always

Great neat and clean soundless rooms, cleanliness good, elevator 🛗 wide and smooth moving. staff very supportive.They provide on top roof laundry machines for washing the clothes. Overall out standing 💪
