I traveled from London, I recently stayed at Hotel Ibis Styles Makkah and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the Front House Officer MISS AMAL, MR NAWAF. Their customer service was exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor throughout my stay. The Front House Officer demonstrated excellent communication skills, addressing my inquiries promptly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they took the time to ensure I had all the necessary information about the hotel's services and facilities. I appreciated their extensive knowledge of the local area, providing helpful recommendations for dining and transportation. When I encountered a minor issue during my stay, the Front House Officer handled it with professionalism and resolved it promptly, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills. Moreover, their appearance and overall professionalism added to the positive experience. I left the hotel feeling satisfied and well taken care of, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by the Front House Officer. I would highly recommend Hotel Ibis Styles Makkah based on this positive interaction.

Bus services is absolutely disgusting. Other hotels provide every 15mins. Not recommended cause waste of precious time especially when in Makkah. Not recommended Charged 100 Riyals even though checked out after Zhur before 1300 hrs

I would give more than 5 stars for the very suitable price (105 SAR) or 27 dollars. Rooms are super clean and furniture is top. Very comfortable 5 star bed. Very fast internet. I would just recommend to cover sofas so they dont get dirty. The only thing that bothered me a bit, was the lack of restaurants around the place and also supermarkets. There used to be a restaurant next to the hotel, but it was closed at the time i was there. Anyways, there are scheduled buses to and from Haram.

Location : 10-15SR to Masjid Mataf with normal taxi. There are buses. Service is ok. Meet and Greet is good. Can't access anyone via Room phone. No answer Price is.excellent

Great fast wifi, shuttle service 24/7, staff is awesome. Hasan and Sajol were best bro, can do anything you ask.... free breakfast and computer and clean toilet. Best everything here. Would go again!
