I have stayed here now many times when I visit Riyadh as the company office is in Malaz District. While it isn't perfect, the rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space.
The kitchen is adequate if you want to cook, but you'll have to ask for pans to cook in and prepare to be disappointed at what you get. I've simply gone out and bought a pan or two when the discussions on something better have ended....
...and that is an easy thing to do, because there is a hyper Nesto supermarket a few minutes walk away, and several local outlets, coffee shops, etc., all of which are very convenient.
The swimming pool is small and not so good and they should not be allowed to call the fitness center by that name. The machines are few, old, and in such a state that they are unusable. There are no free weights and the multigym is broken and has been for 18 months.
I keep going back, even though there are other options as it is convenient to the office and also King Abdullah Park, which offers great options for fitness by walking (a lap around the outside is about 1.15 miles).
