Picturesque hotel with great hospitality and services, situated perfectly in the heart of AlUla, near to elephant rock. Special thanks to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Sandeep for making our stay even more comfortable. Looking forward to more such lovely stays.

Absolutely horrible. The superior rooms are super old, dirty and stinky. Shower head was 10 years old, only 10% of water coming out, not to mention it wasn’t even hot. I didn’t want to sleep in the room and asked for an upgrade because these rooms are unacceptable for a price of 750€ per night. So they gave me an upgrade but 1h later told me to come back to pay an additional 800€ for the upgrade. Absolute jokers. On top of it all you have to wait for a golf cart to move you from A to Z. Takes ages to arrive. No one speaks English on top of it all. Never coming back - worst experience ever.

Such a beautiful resort located in a deserted location from lights and noise, the sky and nature is gorgeous. Their breakfast is very delicious and stays till 10:30 which is great specially to people who like to sleep in during their vacations. There is a cute small spa with massage, manicure & pedicure services, in addition to a shared gym. There’s another restaurant beside the pool area “Myazo” which is open for late dinners. I surely will come again. Thank you for the great time.

Amazing resort with best hospitality and staff . Each and every thing was planned and the execution was immaculate. One of the best stays in a very long time ,from the location to the services . Would love to visit again

I had the pleasure of staying several times at Shaden Resort in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. It always exceeds my expectations. This hidden gem is an oasis of peace. The level of service and guest care is impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail and authentic experiences made me feel like a VIP guest. The resort’s setting is nothing short of breathtaking. Surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Al Ula. The beautiful pool, set against the backdrop of towering sandstone cliffs, is a perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the region. The combination of this magnificent setting, exceptional service, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction makes Shaden Resort a top-notch choice for your stay in Al Ula. If you’re seeking a place to relax, rejuvenate, and appreciate the wonders of Al Ula, I highly recommend this remarkable resort. It’s an experience you won’t soon forget.
