It was an unpleasant stay at rawabi al khobar. It started where i had to wait for 30 min because they couldn’t find my booking and after it was settled the night mare started. The room was supper dirty you would be afraid to step on the floor due to stains and uncleaned carpet and seats, on top of that the bathroom was flooded due to a water pipe damage and had to wait for additional time till it was fixed although i asked to switch rooms with “ we can’t change room no more availability “ as an answer. No facilities at the premises no breakfast and you need to call the reception for housekeeping. It was for sure the first and last time at this hotel.

The rooms are outdated, smelly and bed bugs everywhere. I was bitten all over my body. Construction work was going on as early as 9a.m. so rest was a no no. The owner needs to invest in a carpet washer, or replace these stinking carpets with tiles. Would not recommend it to anybody, toilet seat was broken. TV was not working

5 years old hotel, good interior with amenities. But lack of staff in both service and reception.

I didn't stay at the place. I just went to drop my colleague and pay for his stay. Overall, the reception guy was fine. Nothing impressive or disappointing. The room for improvement is there.
