Novotel Yanbu Albahr

Yanbu itself has… well… not much to see…. the beach is nice, but not wow, so generally not much to go with. The hotel had even less to offer. We got a junior suite upgrade due to my Accor status.m, but: - room was super dirty, and i cleaned the floor twice (hotel then claimed it was not dirty, but the coloring of the floor that came off… riiight) - the room smelled super toxic, we later found out that they painted to room recently. why put guest in a room that still smells like poison, when your hotel is half empty?!? - we then managed to change to a different room, and went to bed. at like 11pm they called the room, and already at first pickup i told them we are sleeping and they should not bother us. they called back 2 more times, till i unplugged all the phones. few minutes later someone knocked at the door, trying to bring a fruit basket…. after i already told them 3 times not to bother us and that we are sleeping. don’t even know what to say anymore… at least they refunded the night, so besides a huge headache from the paint smell, being woken up several times in the middle of the night we at least had no “costs”

Bad experience not recognize as member when I reached and arrived, no one asked before check in out. If my nights not credited this time the upcoming visit from it will be last staying then I will consider holiday in IGH

It was my first experience staying at the Novotel Yanbu Hotel, but unfortunately it was very bad, even though it was only one night, as the first impression was that there was no one to help carry the bags to the room, and the brothers at the reception were not as professional in dealing with the guests and when going up to the room. The first thing I notice is the bad smell in the hotel, which resembles the smell of sewage. Unfortunately, every time I go up or down, the smell is present in all the corridors, and when I enter the room, thank God, it disappears. The smell, but other defects appear, the first of which is the bed that I sleep on does not enable you to sleep comfortably because of the iron that protrudes from it and makes you uncomfortable in sleeping, and the second is the poor cleanliness of the bathroom and the lack of soap for bathing. Unfortunately, the experience was very bad. I will not return to this hotel again, and I thank God that it only lasted one night

Everytime faced problem at reception. Receptionist not able to find reservation and later find it somehow.

Checking out with my family after 4 nights (5 days) stay, we all had a great time 👍 Location is superb with across-the-street 👉 palms & trees, spacious green blocks on a beach front to enjoy with plenty of personal space + a clean / acceptable Public Toilet. Personnel & STAFF were so pleasant & cozy, simply marvelous 👌 ◽RECEPTION (titles reserved) 1. Mohammed al Nakhly محمد النخلي Sets you in the vacation mood with the nicest smile & easy going attitude 3. FOOD PATROL 👍👍 Ma'rouf & Manohar 🇮🇳 Like a busy little Bee, helpful with a warm smile + أحمد عزت 🇪🇬 3 Mrs Hind al Jihany 🔸هند الجهني🔸 اجواء ينبع ✴️Yanbu Vibes Pleasant ambiance ◽Swimming POOL 🏊‍♀️🤽 I'd say it's 12x4 meters with a connected children's shallow pool Had the pleasure to swim 🤩with open eyes🤩 clean water, not irritant & 3 ladders or ease of entry / exit PLUS bamboo-seating all-around the pool ◽🏋️GYM🏋️‍♂️ Well equipped 👍new 2 hours dedicated to LADIES.. 2 to 4 pm everyday ◽WEDDING HALL Seen a couple of honeymooners ❤️ Well, that was a lot to say.. LOL Missed some hints on the spacious suite w 2 rooms & the magnificent VIEW 1.First impression was kinda disappointing, cz though a big space is more thn welcome, the lack of some decor items gives an empty feeling. 2. Simple nespresso machine alongside the provided Kettle would certainly AMPLIFY the whole deal 3. Bed size is a shortcoming vs standard Hotel's policy. Having said that, honestly the quality of beds,Sofas, TV screens,Bathroom with the hair dryer and toiletries were impeccable 👌
