Holiday Inn Tabuk

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Tabouk, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcome. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, their professionalism and genuine care made a significant difference in my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and indulgent holiday experience.

This is the second time Im staying at Holiday Inn Tabuk and it has been a warm and pleasant experience Started off with a free upgrade to suit room for being an IHG member, as they say all that starts well ends well It has a clean surrounding where you can walk and sit and relax On top of all the natural and materialistic qualities, they have very able and welcoming staff. I have mostly dealt with Bader who is the receptionist and was very jovial and helpful. Insha Allah next time also I plan to stay in holiday inn if at all I have to visit Tabuk.

I arrived to Holiday Inn, Tabuk early February 2024 for a planned one month stay but that soon turned into two month's owing to changing work commitments. From the moment I arrived the frontline reception staff made me feel most welcome and assisted me greatly with local information about Tabuk, which supermarket and mall to visit to the best coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The entire reception team are fantastic, a credit to the hotel, a big mention to Bader, Abdulaziz and Faisal for their patience when dealing with my many enquiries and Shereen for her diligence when amending my stay details. The rooms are spotless, room service via the ordering app was seamless and the laundry guys were extremely prompt with astonishing turnaround times, it is a pity I have to leave this place

All staff were excellent, and extremely professional. from sales Mr. Qusi, catering Mr. Amir, Reception staff & house keep. Also a special thanks to Mr. Fahad the GM.
