Not recommended. Daily after coming from.office at 9PM when i see the room, it not cleaned. I have to inform then they send the person for cleaning. Moreover, they do not do deep cleaning. One day, i requested to re-fill body wash, they gave small hand soap, saying that body wash is finished in the hotel.

Horrible service ever. No body wash or soap in the room. When I ask them for a body wash or a soap... They say no stock in the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff is also careless. If you want to pay huge and land into discomfort.... Then this is the hotel for you. Enter at your own risk.

A very good property to stay in. I had never tried this holiday inn in the past, but I must say, the hospitality was really great. In hospitality industry, what really matters is the way the staff take care of their guests. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, one name that comes instantly is the bell boy saleem, who was very attentive and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at the holiday Inn. The service was good, and the overall experience was not bad. The room was comfortable, and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. Saheed from the breakfast buffet was especially very good and make sure we had the most pleasant experience while have breakfast every morning. Also Vinith from housekeeping was the best, he make sure our room was in tiptop shape everyday and gave us enough water to last us the entire day.

I am happy to inform you about Holiday Inn Riyadh, Al Qasr services. Mainly excellent welcomed and good speeches of Mr Saleem Bell man. Nice speech good approach, assisting for all doubts specifically for new comers to KSA like me. I appreciate Mr. Saleem for his excellent service. Also Housekeeping done well specially Mr. Vineeth...Nice service and better cleaning of Rooms. Good breakfast foods for all nationalities.
