One star is too much, very poor experience, on my arrival they suddenly told me ur booking is cancelled and no more room available, theb agreed to give me other room on doubt the price... no water in rooms, broken bed, bed bugs, dust everywhere , messed up ... I was wondering this was premium room , how would be their normal rooms 🤔 😅

Had a visit with family on founding day holiday. Despite advance booking, hotel staff asked for extra money and denied room. After spending 2 hrs on reception and countless calls, had to pay twice of rent amount than to original. Rooms are old and smells like smoke House. No refills of toiletries and cleaning if u are stating over 1 day. Rude staff and will not recommend at any cost

The problem is the service and reception desk staff The Egyptian guy is nice and helpful but other people are good for nothing

This hotel is ugly, no one even cleans the room, then even if you complain about the excessive noise outside, the management will do nothing, just pay quickly
